Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original PRAO gift box and include the invoice to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
